I am a happy fan girl. -grin-
Let me dream a dream and I will share with you where I go, and you will take it somewhere new where I’ve not thought to venture. That’s what Comic Con is all about.

I’m so jealous of you. Lucky woman. Thanks for the picture 🙂
-grin- It was a good day.
Is it bigger on it inside?
Actually, it was full of boxes. -laugh-
SQUEE!!! I ❤ ❤ the Doctor!
Oh that is too cool for school. The only thing that could’ve made it better would be a scantily clad David Tennant waiting inside. 😉
David Tennant is so skinny! I don’t fancy him in a speedo, but his slenderness does make for gorgeous facial planes and a lovely fit in a suit.
That’s totally awesome! Your so lucky! I didn’t get to go to Comiccon
This was my first time in San Diego. The Hollywood presence was much more pronounced than the one in NY.
Lucky….I wish I could do that. Hope you had a good time. Cheers Nick
I had a great time, Nick, but I’m glad it’s only once a year.
Looks like you are having a blast. Are you setting a bad example for us? It looks like it’s all roped off. Did you sneak in there?
The sign seems wrong to. It says pull to open but the door clearly goes in, needing a push.
You know I’m just teasing you. You look so happy and that’s a good thing. Happy authors don’t kill off characters. 🙂
It was roped off, yes, and the man who built it said I could cross the ruby line. He was a cool dude, and you could see his pride in what he’d made and that so many people loved it.
Two awesome worlds colliding.
And now I feel the urge to write a Hollows/Dr. Who fanfic. Rachel would be a fantastic companion for the Doctor.
You know, Cat . . . that is a cool idea. 😉
From one fan girl to another: Oh my god! Lucky! I have a TARDIS money box and I’m afraid that’s the closest I’m gonna get. Oh and a sonic screwdriver torch ^_^
If I ever get to go to America comic con better watch out. I’ll probably be so happy I’ll scream and everyone’ll go deaf.
Hope you had fun!
I’ve got one of those Tardis banks, too! It’s one of the very few whovian memorabilia that I have.
I had a great time. 😉
It was a good good day.
You look awesome in the Tardis Kim. You didn’t have any Daleks trying to exterminate you, right? 😉
Thanks, Lynn. No Daleks chasing me, but there was one roaming the conference.
That TARDIS shot totally makes my evening. We’re in Starbucks going “Ooooooooo…” (LOL) Can’t wait for the poster fun to start when you get back home. Love the Comic Con pictures and looking forward to your next book signing schedule. 🙂
Poster fun in a few weeks, Tann Starr. I need to recover! 🙂
Soooooooo jealous! If it were me, I’d say that grin means she’s holding David Tenant hostage inside! 😀
-grin- I love the doctor, but I like the Tardis even more. Without that . . .
Is it really as big inside as it seems?! lol I love this show!!!
-grin- Me too, Jenn.
Love the Dr Who Box. Looks like you are having a blast in San Diego.
By-the-way, I FINALLY finished reading Pale Demon. I started it like four times since it’s come out, but I either had to stop because I need to write or other stuff came up. grrr. Oh the bright side, I only have to wait 7 months for the next book rather than 12.
My favorite part “…Ivy and I sat on a curb for almost an hour waiting for Jenks to come out of the Tink history exhibit. Since then, there hadn’t been a single swear word using the “Inderlander pioneer,” as he now called her.”
I think I laughed a good twenty minutes before I could keep reading.
Damn it, I still have to wait 7 months!
I’m so glad you liked it, Mel! Thanks! Only seven more months!
Oh, to be in a TARDIS!! Can you imagine Rachel, Ivy, and Jenks in it–???
Hugs and love,
Er, I just had a scene run through my head. A companion for a day . . .
AH! you said that you got to show off the cover for APB! I WANNA SEE!!!!!
Soon, soon. Since it’s been released, it should’t be hard to get permission. I’m not going to bug my editor for a few days. Timing is everything.
My dad made my kids one for the back yard They play in there as if it really was huge inside LOL
I love that, Emma!
How cool! We even saw a story about Comic Con on our local news down here in Alabama. Looks like tons of fun. Any change you might make Dragon Con? It’s always nearby in Atlanta.
My mom and dad watched four hours of Comic con the other day, hoping to glimpse me in the crowd. NO WAY! It was just too massive.
Dragon con? Maybe someday!
