“Darkness” by Disturbed on the Believe album. Its so beautiful (and soft compared to their usual harder metal sound) and it makes me think of what is running through his mind as he has decided to live without Matalina but still mourns her deeply.

I’m suprised no one’s suggested it before!
A song that I think matches Jenks to a T would be Shamans Harvest’s “Dragonfly”–especially with Rachel and Ivy, as part of Vampiric Charms. A song about not “…working for the man/ …well maybe I can” and all the emotional roller-coaster he goes through throughout the series, especially what he goes through when he loses Matalina:

The love relationships Rachel has/had with Ivy, Kristen are complex, complicated, and there is always violence and blood involve (naturally, they are vampires…) Those relations are beautiful, but Rachel is a fighter and her life is a battlefield. Each of her relations is the result of a battle of emotions, love, fear, danger, peace, rage, right and wrong. And I would not want it any other way!!!
But to me, Matalina and Jenks, the love they are sharing, their happy and big familly are on the bright side of love. An unquestionnable, profound love, that makes them stronger and bigger. I like that. To be so small that the world forget you exist and at the same time being the world to someone.
