It was game night at the fair for Guy and myself, and Lady Luck was with us! We had a great time doing nothing, and we’ve got the nothing to prove it. -laugh-
So, did you win another goldfish for the pond? When I was a kid my county fair fish usually didn’t last more than a few days. I made a big deal of having a funeral for each of them and would dig them up later to see if they had gone to heaven yet.
Looks like a pretty good haul of “nothing.” The baby Wile E. Coyote is cute! What do the puppies think of him? My daughter’s ChiBooBoo likes stuffed toys only to play tug-of-war or to chew on.
Perhaps I should explain ChiBooBoo in my vernacular is a cross-breed Chihuahua/Boston Terrier. When I was little they were called miniature Boston bulldogs, so BoBu became BooBoo. My grandpuppy’s name is Mia…
Local fairs are such fun. Several of my friends have been posting stories and pics of their adventures. Our county fair is the end of September and I’m planning to go at least once with Johnny if only for the food
Looks like you and Guy made a killing – all that loot! There’s a story or two hidden amongst those treasures, I’ll bet.
Last year it was the White Tiger. This year it’s Wile E Coyote-Super Genius. I also like the Palm tree bottle opener.
I think “nothing” is pretty cool. (grin)
Hello again Kim. It’s Ron, (the Army guy) again. It’s been awhile since I’ve read up on your blog. Ive been busy returning to the states from overseas.
I’m glad you had fun. Sometimes doing nothing can be not only enjoyable, but theropudic. I met my goal, and completed all of the Hollows while I was away, and am now eagerly awaiting your next installment.
One last note, again to just show appreciation. I’ve mentioned I read regularly, and sometimes in the middle of a particularly long series in forced to put it down for a littlewhile due to repetitiveness. I’ve not had that problem with your work and regularly recommend your books to friends.
You must watch on TED Jill Bolte Taylor’s insight to a stroke. When I watched it I thought of Ivy’s soul. Maybe Racheal can tweakI vy’s right hemisphere?
Kim! I would love to make Rachel’s charms but I can’t find ANYwhere that has a pic of all of them. Vampiric Charms’ site is totally gone.
Nice loot. U and Guy did a good job.

Howdy ma’am,
Now I like Wile E Coyote as much as anyone else but have you ever thought, “What if it’s possessed by some evil/angry entity?”
Have a great weekend, see you Monday!

He is holding a rose – maybe that will soften the spell he’s under.
The “rose” could be a lure like the one used by the deadly Angler fish to draw in unsuspecting prey.

Hi Ron, I’m glad you’re home safe.
Martin
Anyone have some fancy, schmancy high resolution equipment to zoom in on those post-it notes on Kim’s computer? lol
Hi Diva, I couldn’t read them either. haha.
Martin
It was worth a shot Martin.

Awww….no new Mr. Goldfish? Looks like you & Guy had a great time doing nothing.
Enjoy the weekend.
I would have, Gail, but they didn’t have that game! Guy and I were so disappointed.
